Questions about the CRM
Can I import the contacts I have in Excel?
Yes — CSV or vCard. The importer detects duplicates by email and phone before saving.
Are pipeline stages fixed?
No. Create your own, set colour, probability and SLA in days. Each company has its own pipeline.
Can several salespeople work the same lead?
Yes. There is one owner, but everyone sees the feed and can log interactions.
Does the CRM work without the other modules?
It does. But the value is in the link: proposals, email, WhatsApp and projects are one click from the lead.
Is there a mobile app?
