A link, not an attachment

The client opens the proposal in the browser, with the total updating live as they pick an option. You see when it was opened, how many times, from which city — and get a notification the moment it happens.

Accept

Accepted, and everything else follows

The client accepts online with name, IP and date recorded. The lead turns to won, the team gets notified and you can create the project from the proposal with the items already as tasks.

  • Acceptance with legal record (name, IP, date)
  • Lead → won automatically
  • PDF identical to the HTML when you need to archive

FAQ

Questions about proposals

Is online acceptance legally binding?

Name, IP, date and time and the exact accepted version are recorded. For contracts that require a qualified signature, generate the PDF and use your usual flow.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. There are ready templates and you can add your own HTML and CSS, sanitised so the page never breaks.

Does the client need an account?

No. They open the link and accept. The link expires on the validity date you set.

What if the client asks for changes?

Edit, resend the same link, and the previous version stays in the history.

Does it work for simple invoice-style quotes?

Yes — there is a line-item proposal type (quantity, unit, discount) for quick quotes.
