Plans

Plans sized for your business

There's no price table here on purpose. A 4-person company and a 40-person company don't need the same thing — and shouldn't pay as if they did.

How it works

Per user, everything included

You pay per active person, per month. All modules are in; switch on the ones you use. No lock-in — if it doesn't fit, leave next month with your data exported.

Request a demo Reply within one business day.

Every plan includes

  • All modules: CRM, proposals, projects, email, WhatsApp, HR, calendar
  • Unlimited users per company, several companies per account
  • Human support
  • Data in the EU, GDPR, daily backups
  • No lock-in, export at any time

Onboarding

What happens after you say yes

1

Account ready the same day

We create the company, the users and the modules. You get access by email.

2

Data import

Contacts and companies via CSV/vCard. Coming from Excel or another CRM, we help you map.

3

One 45-minute session

With the whole team. They leave using it; the rest is learned by doing.

FAQ

Questions about plans

Why don't you show prices?

Because the price depends on headcount and how much migration help you want. We'd rather give you an exact number than a “starting at”.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Book a demo and leave with an account to try.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, at a discount. It's in the proposal.

What happens to the data if I leave?

You export everything (CSV) before leaving. After the account is closed, the data is deleted.

Do you invoice companies?

Yes. Invoice with VAT number, payment by card or bank transfer.

Shall we put your company in one place?

Tell us what you're using today. We'll show you how it looks in Plaanly.
