Intentional density
Dense information is welcome — every element earns its space. Never fill for the sake of it, never empty out for fashion.
About
We didn't start out wanting to build a product. We started out needing one.
Criativatek is a software and marketing company in Leiria, Portugal. Like almost every small business, we managed clients in a spreadsheet, proposals as PDFs, projects on a board and leave in a WhatsApp group. It worked — until it didn't.
We built Plaanly for ourselves: one place where the lead becomes a proposal, the proposal becomes a project and the project fills the team's week. We used it for months before showing it to anyone.
When our own clients started asking “that thing you use, is it for sale?”, we realised the problem wasn't just ours. We opened Plaanly to other small businesses — with the same rule that guided us from the start: if we don't use it ourselves, it doesn't go in.
Principles
Dense information is welcome — every element earns its space. Never fill for the sake of it, never empty out for fashion.
Every click answers immediately. If something takes time, it shows it's taking time. The user never has to guess.
Colour, avatars and stories make data alive. Zero mascots, zero confetti — a company has to be able to trust this.
Security
EU servers, GDPR compliant.
Each company sees only its own data. No exceptions.
Who sees what, defined by you.
TOTP, magic link and email verification.
Tell us what you're using today. We'll show you how it looks in Plaanly.
